The day unfolded as a remarkable celebration of Renaissance literature and the boundless possibilities of the English language. The event was graced by Mr. Dominic Hudson, County Director, Exams – British Council Sri Lanka, who attended as the Chief Guest, lending his encouragement and support to the young talents of St. Bridget’s Convent.
From captivating dramatic performances to heartfelt literary tributes, the programme reflected not only the students’ exceptional skill and creativity but also their ability to use language as a tool for inspiration, dialogue, and change. Each performance was a testament to how the English language continues to bridge generations, spark imagination, and foster deeper understanding.
